When I began my real estate career in the year 1994 it was just a job to sell open plots. GROWTH was always on top of my mind, PASSION was always high and all I knew was that HARDWORK is the only way to SUCCESS.

As my career progressed and as the interaction with the number of investors kept increasing, I realized very early, the true meaning of an investment. From then on it was purely safeguarding the investors Hard Earned Money (HE MONEY).

What I sold in 1994, at Batasingaram (30^th km stone on vijayawada highway, Hyderabad) for Rs. 90 per sq yd is ranging around Rs. 11,000/- to Rs. 14000/- per sq yd today. 26 years of investment.

What I sold in 1995, at Devanahalli, in Bangalore (Near International Airport) for Rs. 40/- per sq. ft. is now more than Rs. 4000/- Per sq. Ft. 25 Years of Investment.

And many more of such investments in & around Hyderabad, Guntur, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Vizag, Bangalore, Goa etc. and many more cities to join this list.
